Fall Frost
The first hard autumn frost descended this morning, ending the hopes of tomato and pepper gardeners all over Sanpete County. This is another of those common, immoveable forces that we live by as humans dependent on the natural world for all of our sustenance and hope, and when it happens to our garden, we are sobered.
Beside that, it's pretty good to end the fight against late-summer aphids and water shortages. There are always two sides to every argument, neh?
